Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your camera in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals, straps, and protective cases are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the device's condition, we will process your refund or ship your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
